DOROTHY L. BRADSHAW, daughter of the late Major Martin and Nora Ella Reed, departed this life on November 7, 2012, after a lengthy illness. Dorothy was born in Fluvanna County, Virginia and attended S.C. Abrams High School. She did domestic work for forty years and was employed by two doctors, Patricia and Samuel Charache. She and her devoted husband were married for sixty years. Dorothy Jean leaves to mourn: her husband, John; three daughters, Karen, Vivian and Patricia; son Charles; one granddaughter, Tranisha; brother, Phillip Martin brother George preceded her in death; sister Sheila Martin; two sister-in-law, Tanya Martin and Ella-Ray; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, other relatives and friends. She lost family members this year, three cousins.
