Dorothy Mae Matthews, departed this life July 9, 2017. Born December 13, 1933 to the late Elizabeth and Timothy Brewer.

She received her education in Baltimore City Public School System.

She worked for Baltimore Sports Wear as a seamstress for many years.

She was a member of the Shiloh Community Christian Church.

Dorothy's home was always open to everyone. She will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Matthews; sister, Marie Jones and son, Robert Smith Jr.

She leaves to mourn: children, Rosalind, Anna (John), Micheal (Rhonda), James (Charlette), Liz and Evette (Tony); stepchildren, Zanobia, Sonia, arid Leonard; one sister-in-law, Martha Nobles and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
