Edger W. Wilson, also known as Che Muhammad, son of the late Lettie Y. wilson and the late Wayland Wilson was born on March 13, 1949 and departed this life Sunday , February 27, 2011. He received his education in the Baltimore City School System and he became a member of the Nation of Islam at a very early age. He was self employed and worked for the Fraternal Order of Islam FOI. He also had a fond love for music and befriended William Hart of the Delonics, where he served as security when they performed. Che made many friends during his lifetime, as an activist in the community where he lived. The family has received many calls, visits to the home and cards expressing their sympathy and concern. He leaves to mourn; his mother, Lettie Y. Wilson; one daughter Robin Dawkins; grandsons, Jerrell Dixon and Derrick Dawkins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
