Elaine Locks daughter of Wilburn and Evelyn Harris was bornon August 19, 1928 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on March 8,2020 after a lengthy illness.

She received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Afterhigh school she gained employment in numerous different jobs, long term inenvironmental services at UniversityHospital where she retired.In the early forties she met the late Raymond Goodman. Out of that relationshipwere six children. She was preceded in death by three children Charles Goodman,Edna Cruse, Larlitta Goods also her late husband Robert Locks.

She is survived by three children, sons Raymond and Wilburn Goodman,daughter Evelyn Ryce. Grandchildren Towanda, the late Dwayne Cook, Darryl,Donya, Tonya, Gregory, Charles,Christina, Jecinda, Cierra, Lashell, Andre',Great grandchildren Steven, Dwayne Jr, Saadiqa, Damien, Dorian, Michel,Kalin, Jamari, Eric, Jerome, Carron, Cywan. Great-Great grandchildrenDameinJr., Dakota, Carron Jr, Kalie, and a host of cousins and friends.Special thanks to James and Brenda Clark and the Blessed House Staff andTracy Turnage for their outstanding home care provided to our loved one.
