It's very painful when the time comes to write an obituary for
one of your loved ones because it means they are no longer
with you. There's no simple way to sum up the life of
Elise "Lisa" Jones. Elise was born on July 16, 1964 to
Lillian "Rose" Jones in Baltimore, MD and transitioned to glory
on Saturday, June 16,2018.

She was educated in the Baltimore City Public School system,
and graduated from Western High School in 1982. To further her
education Elise went to Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University)
transferring to Coppin State College (now Coppin University) where
she graduated with a dual Bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Furthering her education Elise received her Master
degree in Business Administration from the University at Baltimore.
She also received her Master of Science Degree from Johns Hopkins
University in Organizational Development and Strategic Human
Resources. Elise was employed with Baltimore Federal Financial Bank,
MountWashington Pediatric Hospital, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns
Hopkins University, the Fund for Johns Hopkins and AIRSlE empire
Homes.

Elyse accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and
was baptized at an early age at the Gospel Tabernacle Baptist
Church under the Pastorate of the late Reverend Dr. Edgar L. Reid.
She served at the church in many capacities for all her childhood
and early adult years. Through the tutelage of First Lady Christine
Reid and Doris "Momma Doris" Collier, Elise was involved in the
Baptist Congress of Christian Education where she joined
the Baptist Youth Choir (BYC). It was through the Baptist
Congress & BYC that afforded Elise to attend the Baptist
Congressof Christian Education Convention each year in
June to various states throughout the United States.

Elise was preceded in death by her grandparents George
and Mary Williams, mothers Lillian "Rose" Jones and
Virginia C. Scott, sister Florena "Tina" Whitehead, and brother
Andre "Bootsa" Jones and her eldest godson
Jonathan Quincy Terry.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her step-father
William Campbell, Sr.(Joyce), her sisters Clemenzia
(aka Jackie) Jones, Yvonne Gibson, Trezsline Habersham
(Ernest); her brothers, William Campbell Jr. and Carroll C. Harper;
nieces, Trina Williams, Eshon Henry (Marcus), Imani Barnes,
Camiria Barnes, Marian R. Harper, Michelle V. Mason,
Candace Habersham, Crystal Habersham; nephews,
Majesty Barnes, Min. Warren C. Martin, Joseph H. Harper,
Armonte Smith-Bey, Antoine C. Whitehead, David Austin-Bey,
Christopher C. Whitehead, Jared Johnson-Bey (also godson);
great-nieces/nephews, Eli Shiloh Henry, Edward E. Rivers, Jr,
