Elizabeth S. Clements, daughter of the late Luther Clements

and Lillian V. Handy, was born on December 5, 1949 in

Pasadena, Maryland. She departed this life on January 30,

2019 after a lengthy illness.

She received her education at North East Senior High School

in Anne Arundel County. After high school she joined that

United States Air Force, shortly after joining she found out

that she was with child. She then made the decision to leave

the Air Force to become a full time stay at home parent.

Liz as she was so lovely known, was full of life and she lived

it to the fullest. Her smile, out going personality and love for

her family was second to none. Liz made numerous friends

wherever she went and she will _ sincerely be missed by

everyone that knew her.

Liz leaves to mourn: 1 brother, Luther Clements; 1 daughter,

Jeanette Phillips; 2 sons, Ronnie and Alonzo Phillips; 1

sister-in-law, Zada Clements; 1 niece, Michelle Clements; 2

nephews, James Clements and David Clements; 4 grandchil-

dren, Bashaunn, Tymaien, Victoria and Nathan; 4 best

friends, Louis Hopkins, Charmaine Benjamin, Jeanette Tay-

lor and Angel Lee and a host of cousins other relatives and

friends. Liz will be truly be missed.
