Elizabeth S. Conway daughter of the late Rosalie Randall was born July 24, 1936 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on December 4, 2016 after a lengthy illness.
Elizabeth received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System.
Elizabeth mostly known as "GG", "Lizzy" and "Ms. Liz", was a beauti- ful, loving and caring woman. She would help and feed any and every- one. She loved cooking, country music, gospel music, going to the casino, scratch offs, line dancing, and most of all her children, grandchil- dren, and great grandchildren. She was an exceptional woman that everyone who came in paths with her had nothing but love, kind, and wonderful words towards her.
She made numerous friends wherever she went and will sincerely be missed by everyone.
Elizabeth was a woman of many talents including, ironing, curling hair, and the queen pressing comb. Elizabeth worked as a certified nursing assistant for many years at Haven and Lincoln Nursing Homes. She later became a Baltimore City Crossing Guard until she retired.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her first husband, Leroy Person Sr.; second husband, Herman Randolph Conway; three sons, Maurice Per- son, Leroy Person Jr., and Voltaire Michael Conway; two grandchildren, Brenton Person and Jamal Conway.
She leaves to cherish her memory: four daughters, Karen Person, Char- lene Conway-Colvin, Daphne Conway and Stacia Conway; three sons, Timothy Conway, Herman Conway, and Myron Conway(fiance'); one daughter-in-law, Kenisha Baker; one son-in-law, Herbert Colvin; 2 sis- ters-in-law, Geneva Conway and Ophelia Carter; two brothers-in-law, Albert Conway and Ransom Carter; 19 grandchildren, 24 great grand- children, one great great grandson, a best friend, Ms. Yvonne Earley; one devoted friend, Mr. Herman Reeder and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
