Elizabeth Frances Evans, born September 19, 1939 to parents Veronica Victoria and Williams Henry Dorsey in Baltimore City. She was one often 10 children. She departed this life on Sunday, September 24, 2017, due to illness.

Elizabeth, aka Liz attended Dunbar High School, from there she went to work at the Greyhound Bus Station cafeteria in downtown Baltimore.

Elizabeth married and gave birth to four children, Marene Elizabeth, James Henry and Kenneth Larnomt who preceded her in death and Michelle Denise. Fourteen years after Michelle's birth, she remarried and had Kelle Lynette who preceded her in death.

Elizabeth worked in a variety of jobs throughout the years. She also volunteered at John Eager Howard Elementary School as the secretary for the PTA, and the Recreation Center as a volunteer to help the neighborhood youth attend programs, eat lunch daily and go on trips. At that time she was a Crossing Guard. She later became a Dental Assistant at St. Francis Dental Service, on Whitelock Street. She received a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from University of Maryland and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice from Coppin State University. Elizabeth was also a volunteer and even a model for the Central Rosemont Recreation Center, an aerobics student and, sometimes, the instructor.

She began working for the State of Maryland as a Probation Agent for twenty plus years. She retired in 2002.

Elizabeth was a member of, and attended a variety of Senior Centers; Southwest Senior Center, Waxter, Zeta, Forest Park, Sand Town Winchester and John Booth. She attended the line dance classes daily with Mr. Dease. She went on trips with the Senior Centers, all over the country, and outside the country, throughout the years. Elizabeth also donated to a variety of charities. She was chosen as a "Remarkable Woman" at Zeta in 2012.

There is so much more that this Remarkable woman did throughout the years. Elizabeth was very intelligent, compassionate, Beautiful, Awesome and tough when necessary.

She leaves to mourn: her daughters, Marene and Michelle; daughter-in-law, Annette, son in-law, Cliff; grandson, Carlton who preceded her in death; granddaughter Aisha; her son in-law Mark, her great grand daughters, Shykira, Jordan, Jasman, Braxton and Cayden; four grand children in South Carolina, Charles, Suanceray, Porche and Sara grand son, Kenneth Jr., granddaughter, Kelle, and a host of nieces and nephews.
