The Honorable Elizabeth "Liz" Fowlkes was born in Baltimore, Maryland

on April 24, 1933 to the late Gladys and John Fowlkes. After a short illness,

Liz peacefully went from labor to reward on May 24, 2019 with her family

by her side.

Elizabeth was baptized at 1 st Baptist Church in Cherry Hill.

Elizabeth was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. For

many years Liz worked faithfully for Eastern Products and later retired

working with ADM.

Liz is preceded in death by her two sisters, Ester and Catherine; three

brothers, Langston, Alfred and Spenser and two children, Patricia Harper

and Earl Fowlkes.

Elizabeth Fowlkes loved to love people. She was a living example of

Ephesians 4:32, and be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one

another, even as God in Christ forgive you (NKJV). The love that Liz

showed will never be forgotten. The family legendary cookouts is where

she often brought family and friends together.

Elizabeth "Liz" Fowlkes leaves four generations to cherish her fond mem-

ories, two sisters, Sylvia and Paralee; one brother, Floyd; one son, Alfred

who resides at Westgate Hills Nursing Home with a host of grand, great-

grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends who will cherish her

forever.
