Ella Jean Wilson (Pansy), was the fourth child of George and Evelyn Wilson born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 10, 1943. After the death of her mother she was reared in Durham, North Carolina by her aunts and grandfather. She went to Hillside High School but left in the 10th grade when the family moved to New York. After many years she returned to Baltimore where she pursued nursing. She is lovingly survived by her only child, Collin Lamar Wilson and wife, Keia; four granddaughters, Sanaytah, Dania, Cierra and Chaun- day and their mother, Danice Bates; one godson, Cory Streeter; two sisters, Shirley Lindsay and Margie Montague; one brother-in-law, Waddell; two aunts, Mellie Lee Wilson and Daisy Wilson; two uncles, Reggie Nesmith and James Pressly; many nieces, nephews, cousins and her best friends, Janice Streeter and Mary Brown.
