Ell wood Green Sr. was bom in Heathsville, Virginia to the late Norman L. Green and Eva Novella Green on May 6, 1946 he departed this earthly life on May 11,
2024. He received Christ at an early age at New Mount Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor
Daniel Ball. Ellwood received his education in Baltimore, Maryland. Ellwood preceded in death by his brothers, James,
Luther, Samuel, Lorenzo, Willard Alton and Roland Green.
He leaves to mourn two sisters, Julia Eloise Daugherty (Burgess) and Barbara Lee Green, two brothers Carroll Green and Daniel Green one Aunt Elizabeth Doll (Bea)
son Ellwood Dewitt Green 2nd, daughter-in-law, Carolyn Green, three grandchildren, Brittany Green, Chanqueria Green and Darian Green, five great grandchildren, And a
