Ellwood William Hebron, affectionately know to his family and friends as "Sugar," was born on November 20, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Margaret Melvina Hebron-Newman and Moses Elwood Hebron. He was preceded in death by one siser, Mary E. Murrell. Sugar departed this life on February 13, 2011 after a lengthy illness. He received his education in the Anne Arundel County Public School System. He work many jobs until his illness. Sugar was raised in a loving Christian home. He received his relgious training at United Methodist Church and later at winston Avenue Baptist church. He could always make you laugh just the way he told a story. Sugar leaves to mourn his daughter, Ashley Hebron; nieces, Margaret Watts, Roxane Watts and Cathy Hawkins; nephews, Nathan Watts and Williams Hawkins; two aunts, Mabel Mathews and Ethel gibson; uncle, James Matthews; and a host of great-nieces, - nephews, cousins and friends.
