Elmer Bernard Smith Jr. also known as Paco, was born on February 6, 1970 to the late Elmer Bernard Smith, Sr. and the late Jo-Ann Smith. He departed this life on March 14, 2011. Paco received his educstion in the Baltimore City Public School System. He later received his Class A CDL license and worked as a truck driver. When Paco was not on the road, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed playing video games, especially Madden. He got a kick out of beating his friends, when they played the game. His goal was to always win. He never ever liked to lose a game. If someone else was winning, he would always say, "Man, you're cheating, this is some BS." or he would say, "You did something to the comptroller or the game settings," He also enjoyed his movie collection, and don't forget his Big Screen TVs. He could talk to you all day about the latest television that he purchased. Paco was a loving father, friend, companion, and provider. He alway put his family first. He always wanted to make sure that his family had everything that they needed. He was also known for putting a smile on your face and for having a kind heart. Paco believed in the power of prayer and a true believer of our Lord and Savior. Paco leaves to cherish in his memory his four children; Jerome Smith, Tiesha Smith, Jermaine Smith, and Jo'ann Smith; one granddaughter, Linzia Smith; two sisters, Kiana Smith and Jauna Smith; one grandfather, Elmer Travers Smith; his fiance', Lisa Johnson; one godson, Ray Allen Florence Jr.; his three closest friends, Ray Allen Florence, Tiwiade Bond and Daryl Gaskins; and his forever ride or die, partner in crime, Anthony Eppes; and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
