Elouise Carlton, daughter of the late Henry Joseph Carlton and the late Lillie
Mae Carlton, and sister to fifteen siblings born from her parents' union, was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 26,1951. She departed this life on October 27,2024 in Baltimore, MD.

Elouise was a force: strong-willed, passionate, joyful, living life her way on her own terms. After graduating from Carver Vocational-Technical High School, Elouise went on to study accounting and worked as a bookkeeper during her career. She was stylish and loved fashion- a jean on jean outfit was her favorite look. She loved to read books about supernatural books about vampires, werewolves, and mystical creatures. She enjoyed all kinds of music and was a major movie and tv huff.


Elouise enjoy taking walks in nature with her husband and family, exploring and finding new places, to share with others. She had an beautiful smile and contagious laugh that radiated joy and warmth. She loved her children, celebrating their achievements and watching over them, guiding them in her own special way. She was an active grandmother, taking lime to form bonds and special relationships with her grandchildren, that leaves them with beautiful memories to last a lifetime. She was a mother/ aunt to many, opened her home to those in need of shelter, a source of comfort and a helping hand for those who needed support, and always had a funny story ready to share if a laugh was needed.

Elouise was predeceased by: father, Henry Joseph Carlton, mother, Lillie Mae Carlton, siblings, Casaline Lewis-Bey, Leroy Carlton, Lillie Carlton,
Thomas Carlton, Chailie Carlton, Jacinla Carlton, Arthur Carlton, Gary Carlton, and Glen Carlton, She leaves behind to cherish her memory and
celebrate her life: husband, Kevin "Dilly" Wragg, sons, Niinoy Carlton and Jermaine Carlton, daughter, Shanlell Carlton; grandsons, Brian Brooks,
Joshua Carlton, Kwen Carlton: granddaughters, Chanel Carlton, Daniesha Stewart, Sliarmaine Chandler, Jermia Carlton, Charily Carlton, Jasmine
Carlton, and Bianca Carlton; nephew, Donshey Blackwell; siblings, Wayne Carlton, Robert Carlton, Terry Carlton, Fannie Carlton, Karen Darby, and Darlene Keys; loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews, and a host of family and friends.
