ELSIE MAE BUSH, daughter of the late James and
Josephine Ockimey was born May 3, 1930 in Easton Shore!
Maryland. She departed this life on October 302015 after a
lengthy illness.

Elsie began training to become a nurse at a young age.
Elsie's compassion for being a nurse was shown in the
passion and care she had caring for Mr. Willie until his
passing. She worked for Hilton Nursing Home before it
became Popular Manor and her retirement. She adored the
staff at Bon Secours Hospital for taking care of her.

She enjoyed singing, crochet, and teaching people how
to be a nurse. She made numerous friends wherever she
went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew
her. She was always considered a true friend, a devoted
mother, sister, and grandmother.

Preceding her in death is husband Harold "Pickles"
Bush, sons Louis "Jackie", and Anthony Bush. She leaves
to cherish her memories; her loving sons Harold "Boy",
Phillip, Kevin "Bernard", Durwood, Emmanuel "Peanut",
and Matthew "Mack"; two sisters, Doris Herndon and Clara
Herndon; one brother Richard Green of Easton Shore, MD;
a devoted niece "Bonnie"; Grandchildren, Great-
Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other
