Eric Mayo, the son of Dietra Mayo and the late Clifford Mayo was born July 16, 1966
in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life February 26,2016.

Rick received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System.

After high school Rick gained employment in the Baltimore Public School
System as a custodial worker. He remained a loyal employee until his sudden death.

Rick enjoyed reading African American literature and American History. Rick
loved to travel, learning about different cultures; his love of music was reggae,
blue grass, Muddy Waters, old school and classic rock and roll.

Eric is survived by: one daughter, Brittany Blackwell; one grandson, Jaylin;
mother, Dietra Mayo; one sister, Lisa Mayo; one brother, Clifford Mayo Jr.
(deceased); three nephews, Nicholas, Paris, Conti; one niece, Kliff (Kay) and a
host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles that he loved very
