Earnest L. Rodwell, son of Peter Rodwell and Bertra Watson- Rodwell who proceeded him in death, was born on December 4, 1935 in North Carolina. He departed this life on December 22, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Earnest received his education at John Hawkins High School in North Carolina. After high school he gained employment at Genstar Lafarge were he retired from than he joined Northeast Van Club and he loved working on cars. Earnest made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone. He leaves to mourn: wife, Shirley Dean; one brother, Edward Rodwell; one sister-in-law, Grace Rodwell from Reading, PA; one sister, Lily Harris; one brother-in-law who proceeded him in death, Floyd Harris from Baltimore; one stepson, Andrew Dean; three brothers-in-law, Anthony Bell, John Bell and Carroll Bell; three nephews, Lester, Earl, and Darious; one niece, Crystal and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchild and great grandchildren, other family and friends and one best friend, Eugene.
