Esther Mae Blakney, was born September 24,1941 in Balti- more City to the late Herbert and Mary Imes. She was called home to the Lord on July 6,2014. She was Baptized for the second time November 10, 1993 at Greater Harvest Baptist Church. She married the late James W Blakney on August 1991. On her journey through life she had two children, Diane Riggsbee and Alex- ander Riggsbee (deceased). Esther worked for the Baltimore City School System for 34 years. She was a very strong woman. She treated everybody with love and concern. She leaves to cherish her memory: eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren; one niece; six nephews and a host of family and friends. Viewing Joseph H.
