Eugene P. Williams, the son of the late Luther Mac WiTliams and Elsie Elizabeth Blake was born on January 25, 1950 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on February 21, 2014, the angels of the Lord carried him home to his peaceful rest. Eugene received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He was a quiet, laid back kind of guy who loved to laugh. Eugene was known for his walk and he had a beautiful smile. He was a smooth guy, as the young people would say he had swag. The ladies loved Eugene and he loved them back, he was quite the ladies' man, as his siblings remember. He was so smooth that his friends nick named him "X". Eugene took pride in his appearance and he was a very handsome man. He was also a comedian at heart, if you ever had an opportunity to be in his presences you would find yourself laughing profusely because "X" was known to be quite silly at times. Although Eugene or as he would prefer "X" never married, he held a very long relationship with his common law wife, Joyce and out of that union, four beautiful children was borne; two sons and two daughters. Eugene had a side to him that his friends may not have known but his family knew and understood quite well and that was his love for his mother. He was a momma's boy, Eugene adored his mother. In spite of what was going on in his life he always found the time to stop by his momma's house to eat a home cook meal and chat for a while. Eugene was a fun loving brother, a loving and adorable son, and was the best father that he knew how to be to his children. He is loved and will be deeply missed.
