Eva Juanita Rouse, daughter of the late Fortune and Essie Cooper was born March7, 1945 in Sumter South Carolina. She departed this life June 18, 2015. Eva was educated at Eastern High in South Carolina. She was a hard worker on the farms in her hometown. She married the late Charlie Rouse in 1965. In 1972 she moved to Baltimore, Md. To be closer to her family and raised her children. Eva was a loving and devoted mother and homemaker. Eva's house was always opened to her neighbors, and friends of her children, who always ended up calling her "Nana" , she had a big heart and was fun loving she always kept you laughing. When Eva became sick with numerous illnesses she moved in with her eldest daughter Dana and family. When she no longer was able to reside at home she in to Manor care Nursing home in Towson, MD. Eva leaves to morn: four daughters, Dana Tapley, Darlene Rouse, Curlene Rouse, and Conswello Rouse. One son, Jerod Wells. All of Baltimore MD. One son in-law Mr. Lonnie Tapley. One Daughter-in-law Tina Wells. She had 20 grandchildren. 12 Great grandchildren. Eva joins in death one decease son Kelvin Rouse. She leaves eight sisters and two brother in-laws, Lula Waddell, Amonese Moses, of Baltimore, MD.,Lyda Cooper of Glen Burnie MD.,Loreen and James Wilson of Capital Heights MD. Maureeen Le Sane, Helen and Le Roy Gibson, Ethlyn Cooper- Henry and Dr. Colin Cooper, of Washington, DC. One brother, Curtis cooper of Washington DC. Three deceased brothers and one deceased sister. Three sisters in- laws, Francis Cooper of Sumter, South Carolina, Ann Cooper and Eunice Cooper of Baltimore, MD. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
