Evelyn Daniels Barnett, affectionately known as "Ma", daughter of the late Betsy and James Arnold was born on February 6, 1928 in Switchback, West Virginia. She departed this life on December 3, 2014. Evelyn received her education in the West Virginia Public School System. After high school, she attended Apex Beauty School graduating in the class of 1945 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She met and married the love of her life Willie D. Barnett Jr. on December 20, 1945. From this union she was blessed with five children. Four who have preceded her in death, Mae Barnett, Jean Barnett, Juanita Barnett-Brinkley, Daniel Barnett and one surviving daughter, Evaneline Barnett. "Ma" truly loved her grandchildren, grandsons, James W. Barnett and Eric L. Barnett. She was a devoted, loving, and nurturing mother and grandmother to her "boys ". "Ma" loved all of her children but found a special joy with her daughter Evaneline (Van). They shared so many good times together and she will always be remembered by Van. "Ma" embraced the knowledge and teaching of Jehovah God and was baptized on January 15, 1994 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was a faithful and loyal servant until her death. She was passionate about Jeho- vah God and His principles for life. She not only loved Jehovah, she also had a loved for everyone. "Ma" would help and witness about Jehovah's love and mercy to anyone at any time. She leaves to cherish her fond memories: daughter, Evaneline (Van) Bar- nett; aunt, Imma Jean Patterson (Beckly, West Virginia); grandsons, James W. Barnett and Eric L. Barnett; a devoted granddaughter-in-Iaw, Samone; great granddaughter, Beverly Mae; special cousin, Maggie; nephew, Duane (Joe Joe); great niece, April and a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and friends. One grandson, Brenton Barnett preceded her in death. A loyal and devoted friend Sister Nancy Tyson. Viewing Joseph H.
