Evelyn Florence Williams, daughter of the late James G. Williams Jr.
and Helen Green, was born on August 23, 1953 in Baltimore,
Maryland. She departed this life on September 16,2018 after a
medical illness.

Evelyn was educated in the Baltimore City School System and
graduated from Frederick Douglas High School.

Evelyn was an' outstanding vocalist, she song on the church
choir as a teenager and as an adult. In her early adult years she
sang at various Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Nightclubs, as a
member of a singing group called Perpetual Motions. Evelyn was a
warm and outgoing person, she would often spend time with family
and friends until her declining years. She would later use her vocal
talent to entertain our American Military Soldiers overseas in the
USO. Evelyn also made various gospel CD's under the name
of "Flo Williams".

Evelyn was also a trained seamstress and would often pass the time
crocheting and doing needle work.

Evelyn was a former member of Gillis Memorial Church, however, her
illness prevented her from attending.

Frankie Williams and Sandra Barnett preceded her in death.

She leaves to celebrate her memory: her siblings, Thomas, Helen,
James, Charles, John, Mary and Jean and a host of nieces and
nephews and other relatives and friends.
