Evelyn M Wright was born on November 15,1919 in the city
of Baltimore.

She was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System
and a graduate of the Rosa Meyer School of Beauty. She
retired from being a beautician and became a housewife to
the late Elmer E. Wright for 20 years.

A longtime member of the Campfield A.M.E. Church and the
campfield neighborhood, Mother Wright served on the
official board of the church and sang on the choirs. She loved
the Campfield A.M.E. Church.

On March 23, 2018, God called Mother Wright home from
labor to reward.

Mother Wright leaves to cherish her memory her nieces,
Arnetta Baker, Sandra Potts (Bobby Potts) and Michelle
Johnson-Harris. She also leaves eight (8) other nieces, four
(4) nephews, several great nieces, great nephews; Devoted
friends, Odell Johnson, Jesse Taylor, Gloria Darden, Mr. and
Mrs. Butler and her Campfield A.M.E. Church family.
