Obituary

Fannie Lee Williams-Oliver, daughter of the late Ida Mae

Williams and George Davis incarnated on March 8, 1938 in

Baltimore, Maryland. Fannie departed this life on August

10,2019 after a lengthy illness.



Fannie received her education in the Baltimore City Public

School System.



After High School and later on in life Fannie met Alfred 1.

Oliver Sr., to whom she married and had ten children.

Fannie was a stay-at-home mom and a housewife. As the

children got older, Fannie entered the workforce. Fannie

worked at Abacus, Best Western, Broadway Services and

the Holiday Inn Timonium until she retired.



Fannie loved her music, her CDs, DVDs and her video home

movies. Fannie loved to dance, she would be the life of the

party, her sense of humor kept everyone laughing. "Miss

Fannie" as she was affectionately known, made numerous

friends wherever she went and she will sincerely be missed

by everyone that knew her.



Fannie leaves to cherish her memory: seven daughters,

Yolanda Spencer, Shirley Rubuyi, Nadine Oliver, Bernice

Oliver, Meredith Foster (Leonard Sr.), Sharon Oliver, Diane

Oliver and (Deanna Oliver preceded her in death); two sons,

Anthony and Nathaniel Oliver and (Alfred 1. Oliver Jr.

preceded her in death); one brother, Melvin Hawkins; one

niece and nephew, Yvonne and Hayward Hawkins; 14

grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a host of other

relatives and friends.
