Felicia (Lisa) Lucille Dargan, Daughter of the late Lester James Wright and survived by her mother Lucille
Elaine Paul, was born on July 31, 1960 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on January 12,
2016 after a long illness. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior at a young age and was
baptized at Memorial Baptist Church under the Pastorate of the late Reverend Angus Smith.
She received her education in the Baltimore Public School System. She graduated from Northern High
School in 1978. She was married to Kevin Dargan Sr. in 1983. From this union was two wonderful
Children, Joy Luanne and Lester James.
Lisa was a lover of animals of all types. She was a caretaker for stray, unwanted, sick animals. Up to
her last day on earth, she cared for two dogs (Cheyanne and Laila) and two cats (Rocky and Kota).
Needless to say, the late Zippo, was immensely loved by Lisa and remembered by all.
As a young woman, Lisa held various jobs; however, she wholeheartedly enjoyed two jobs in particular,
Johns Hopkins University's Animal Care and Use Program, and The Baltimore Mass Transit
Administration. Her employment with Johns Hopkins University enabled her to satisfy her deeply rooted
passion and love for animals. As a bus operator with the Mass Transit Administration, she fulfilled her
intense desire to work with the public, as they loved her daily greetings and conversations as well.
Since September 2015, Lisa attended the Baltimore School of the Bible to become an Evangelist. Studying
God's word and singing songs of praise were a true part of her life and how she lived.
Those left to cherish fond memories of Lisa's life include: her dear Mother, Lucille Wright; children, Joy
and Lester, Step-children Kevin Jr. (from her first marriage to Kevin Dargan) and Meghan (from her
second marriage to Pete Wilson); three sisters, Robin, Leslie, and Chimene (who she talked with daily);
