Felicia Ritting, daughter of the late Cecelia and Rade Rettig, was born on June 4, 1962 in Oxnard, California. She departed her life on September 5, 2013. Felicia attended Oxnard High School and later attended Ventura College as a Business Major and Watterson College of Business California. After completion she received her degree as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. She was a full time employee of Shell Solar for eight years in California. Felicia enjoyed taking walks, talking to friends and shopping. She also had extraordinary interest in music and dancing. Felicia especially loved spending time with her granddaughter, Gabrielle. She also had a special bond with the love of her life, Martin Hargrave. They did almost everything together; these two were inseparable. Most of all, they enjoyed talking to one another. Felicia leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: her one and only daughter, Elisha Hargrave; one granddaughter, Gabrielle Morgan; four brothers, Douglas Rettig, Lawrence Rettig, Leroy Johnson and Robert; the devoted love of her life, Martin Hargrave; close cousin, Tony Cotton and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other rela-tives and friends.
