Obituary

Felix "Boo" Benjamin was born on March 8, 1953, in Hartsville, SC to the late Carl lee Benjamin Sr. and Julia Mae Issac Benjamin. He was called home on July 18, • 2025, due to an extended illness. He received his formal education in Darlington Co. (Rosenwald Highschool) public school system. Shortly after graduation, Felix made his home in Baltimore, MD where he worked as a construction worker for Angelozzi Brothers Construction Co. until retirement. He was united in wedlock to Donna Benjamin. He is survived by wife and three children: Cherece Benjamin (oldest), Davontay Benjamin, and Taciauna Benjamin. Felix who was affectionately called "Boo" by family and friends, was known to be a kind, caring, fun-loving, hardworking, skillful, and above all else a loving husband and father. After retiring Boo picked up some hobbies and became an avid bird watcher and took on a full-time home improvement. His favorite pastime was watching Westerns, crime shows, and his Ravens play but if one of his favorite songs came on... watch out because he loved to dance, and the floor was his stage. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Survivors left to cherish him: Donna Benjamin (wife), Cherece Benjamin (oldest daughter), Davontay Benjamin (son), and Taciauna Benjamin (youngest daughter), five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, Carl Lee Benjamin Jr. (Brother), Patricia Crawford (mother-in-law), Calvin Crawford Sr. (brother-in-law), Lori Crawford, Deborah Solomon & Allie "Bert" Benjamin (sisters-in-law) and two best friends: Moses and Jeffery, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was proceeded in death by his parents and his siblings Louis Benjamin, Murray Benjamin, Carl Lee Benjamin, Charles Benjamin, Sally Benjamin, Clyde Benjamin and Emma Benjamin. To my partner in life: To every makeup and to every breakup, | got you, like you got me. In other words, "What's Donna without her boo, what's Boo without me?" Although you are no longer here with me, I still feel your love, still feel your presence. Boo, I'm lost, I feel weak, but I know you got me. Our love lives on in my heart which gives me comfort and peace, with 49 remarkable years, I can smile because I know you loved me until the day you went away and will keep loving me
