Florence Spencer , daughter of the late James and Florence Wise
Spencer, was born on September 20, 1954 in Baltimore, MD. Florence
departed this world on Thursday, August 03,2017 at her home.

Florence received her education in the Baltimore City School System.

Florence is survived by her children, Rhonda Rice, Aisha Smith, Francis
Smith, and Mary Rice; her grandchildren, Michael Redding, Michael
Moreno, Tavon Moreno, Devante Smith, Tayona Parker, Tierra Smith,
Quwan Smith, and Alexis Moreno; five great grandchildren, and another
great granddaughter on the way that she will never get the chance to meet.
Florence also leaves to mourn two sisters, Bernadine Spencer arid the late
Pauline Spencer; five brothers, George Spencer, Raleigh Spencer, Edward
Spencer, William Spencer, and the late Theodore Spencer. Florence also
has a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members that she leaves
behind.

She made numerous friends wherever she went and will be sincerely
missed by everyone.
