Obituary

Florencia "Flo" Leccy Allen, was born March 24, 1970, in
Baltimore, Maryland. She was the daughter of Randolph
Allen and Gloria Allen. She transitioned to her Heavenly
home on March 8, 2018. In her early years Florencia attended
Parkdale High School. She later attended Morgan State University
to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. In addition to pursuing
her degree she worked hard to provide for her family. She was
employed at Sinai Hospital, Marshalls Warehouse and Amazon
Warehouse. Florenci. gave her life to Christ and became a member
of True Holiness Church of God where she worshipped.

"Baby" as she was affectionately and "Flonornenally" known
enjoyed spending time with her family, her grandchildren brought
more joy and happiness to her than words could ever express. She
had a warm spirit and touched many lives, allowing her to make
many friends wherever she went. Her life was filled with joy and she
lived it to the fullest. Her bright smile lit up the room and her mouth
was so smart all you could do was laugh and shake your head.
Baby will be remembered for many things especially her gold tooth,
her kind heart and her loving spirit.


Baby loved listening to her Whitney Houston music and watching the
Bold & Beautiful while talking on the phone with her two best friends Lynette and
[nAnn. She loved to travel whether it was by air, land or sea. She also loved
cooking, playing cards and watching the Ravens her favorite team. Baby was
loved by her family and friends that will miss her smile, her laughter, her
charm and most of all her smart mouth.
Loving memories of Baby will be remembered in the hearts of her two
sons Shaun Stevenson, Jr. and Jordan Allen; a daughter in-law Alexis Corbin;
two grandchildren Octavia and Liam Stevenson; her parents Randolph Allen
and Gloria Allen; her grandfather Walter Overton Sr.; two brothers Anthony
Bailey, Marcell Allen; three sisters Sha'Ron Rogers, Tavonna Matthews,
Dorean Allen; her sister/cousin Kimberely Samuel; three uncles Walter
Overton [r., Antonio Overton, and her favorin uncle Edward "Moustifi"
Overton Sr.; one aunt Sandra Pierce; many amazing nieces and nephews
Dechelle, Ashley, India, Kayla, Ruth and Christen, Stacy, Erin, Josh, Eric,
Dashard, Chi'Quan,Demarius and Kalele; a host ofloving cousins Edward
[r., Douglass, Andre, [ahi, Montice, Kamren, Antonio, Lance and Candice; two goddaughters; her two best friends Lynette Racks and JoAnn Drennon;
two special friends Donnell Bartee Sr. and Shaun Stevenson, Sr. and a host
of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son Donnell
Bartee Jr. and her grandmother Leccy Overton.
