Obituary

Daughter of the late Pratt Wallace and the late Elizabeth Jones was born on April 1,1955,in Baltimore, Maryland departed her life on February 25, 2025.

Frances received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools and graduated from Harbor City High School and later attended Morgan State University pursuing a degree in Business.

Frances was a devoted mother of seven, and her family was her greatest joy. She poured her heart into raising her children, always ensuring they felt loved, supported, and cared for. Her home was a place of comfort, where no one ever left hungry-she took great pride in making sure every visitor had a meal no matter the circumstances.

She was a devoted member of White Stone Baptist Church, where she faithfully served and contributed to the church community. Her love for God and dedication to her church family were central to her life, and she found great comfort and joy in her spirituality..

A woman of many passions, Frances had a deep love for poetry, and her talent shone through in the numerous poems she had published. She also enjoyed word searches and anagrams, always challenging herself with puzzles and games. Her greatest professional passion was hair. She turned her love for styling into a successful career, eventually becoming an entrepreneur and opening her own salon. Her creativity and dedication not only made people look beautiful but also feel confident and special.

Frances had a vibrant spirit and loved to explore new places. Traveling and seeking out new adventures brought her great joy. Whether it was • a road trip or a faraway destination, she embraced the excitement of seeing new sights and making unforgettable memories. She also

loved the thrill of concerts, enjoying live music and the energy of the crowd. Another favorite pastime was gambling-she found excitement in a trip to the casino, always enjoying the fun and chance of winning big. Frances' kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched so many lives. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Frances was preceded in death by her father Pratt Wallace, mother, Elizabeth Jones; brothers, Gregory Jones, William Jones, Wayne Jones, and Carl Jones; sister; Audrey Jones; grandchild, Eric Carter and godmother Ruby Wilson.

She leaves to cherish her memories husband, Stanley Moody Sr.; brothers, Otis Tutt, and Kevin Jones; daughters, Chantae Moody, Chanae Moody, Chanel Moody, Chantel Moody, and Chameka Moody; sons, Stanley Moody Jr., and Shaun Moody; grandchildren, Timothy McCain Jr, Taleah Boice, Chanae Boice, Chanira Boice, Loreal Patterson and Daria Lynch; great grandchildren, Christopher McCain and Christian McCain, and host of relatives and friend
