France E. Williams was born on October 4, 1914 and departed this life on June 2, 2010. Frances received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She was employed as a Private House Keeper, from which she retired. She was preceded in death by her mother Margaret Colter; sons, Robert Williams and Richard P. Williams. Frances is survived by; son, James Wiliiams; grandchildren, Richard Williams Jr., Wayne Williams, Linnea Jones, Rodney McLean, Darren Fitzgerld, Yolanda Booker and Trinetta Williams; and a host of great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
