Francine Dimitria Bruce,, daughter of the late James Madison and Marjorie Ann Bruce, was born October 9, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland. She returned home to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father unexpectedly on the evening of June 27, 2015 at Northwest Hospital. Frannie grew up attending Bethel A.M.E. Church. She received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System and the Keystone Job Corps Center. Frannie was employed by the Baltimore City Youth Program and BWI Airport custodial services. Frannie never had children of her own, but one of her greatest joys was children. She was the "Main" babysitter for many of her nieces and nephews and loved and cared for them as if they were her own. She made numerousfriends wherever she went and touched everyone's heart. You rarely saw her without a smile. She was always laughing with you or at you. She loved spending time with family and life long friends, enjoying movies and collecting family pictures. Frannie was thefamily's Facebook before there was a Facebook. She kept us informed about the family's life events, whether you wanted to know or not. She leaves to mourn: three sisters, Gloria Todd, Brenda Quick and Marjorie Yvette Bruce: three brothers, James Bruce, Wendell Bruce and Dwayne Bruce; one sister-in-law, Denise Bruce; two brothers-in-law, Kevin Todd and Edward Quick; an uncle, Benjamin Manning; four aunts, Jerilyn Manning, Erma, Thelma and Rosalie; a first cousin, Crystal Solera; three godchildren, Donta Shuford, Aniya Street and Terry Street; devoted friend, Gregory Green and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
