Mr. Frank Allen, son of the late Cornelius Allen Moore, was born on October 8, 1928 in Granville County, North Carolina. He departed this life after a lengthy illness on Friday, September 26, 2008 at Maryland General Hospital. He was a faithful employee of the Cirelli Construction Company, where he was employed for over fifty years. He was a heavy equipment operator. He met and married the love of his life, Elizabeth Moyler, on June 26, 1971. Frank enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting. He was a great support to his wife's church, Siloam Free Will Baptist Church, when and wherever he could be of service. He will be greatly missed. He leavesto cherished his memory: his wife, Elizabeth; three sisters, Stella Rodwell of Creedmoor, North Carolina, Mary Moore and Geraldine Moore of Raleigh, North Carolina; two brothers, Ollie Lewis Moore and Gilbert Moore also of Raleigh, North Carolina; daughter, Annie Cannady of Franklinton, North Carolina; grandson, Quentin Cannady of New York; great-granddaughter, Shamika Brooks and her mother Sherry Brooks of Jacksonville, Florida; special friends, Robert Pee of Baltimore, William Logan of Richmond, Virginia Richard Brew of Baltimore and Charles Cirelli, Sr. founder of Cirelli Construction Company; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
