FRANK A. CHAPMAN, son of the late Gladis Wilson and Frank Chapman, was born on
October 29, 1950 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on June 29, 2016 after a lengthy illness.

He received his education at Carver Vocational Technical High School. Frank attended Technical School where he received his certification in Stationary Engineering. After completion of the program at Technical School, he worked for the Board of Education and Kernan Hospital until his retirement.

Frank loved to sit on the front, spend quality time with his family, especially his great-
grandchildren, driving to Atlantic City, bugging his wife to put up Christmas decorations and family and friends gathering at his home. Frank met the love of his life and on January 31, 1968 wedding bells rang for Frank and his beautiful bride, Paulette Hawkins. From this union, one son, Frank Jr. (Beaver) and one daughter, Denise Parker who preceded him in death were born.

Frank was next to the youngest of five children. Two of his brothers, Reginald and Howard preceded him in death.

He leaves to mourn: his devoted wife, Paulette Chapman; son, Frank Chapman [r.; four
granddaughters, Tiffany, Janay, Brittany, and Ta'[ah: three grandsons, James, Tobias and Reggie; nine great-grandchildren, Anthony, Ary'ahn, Khalee', Madison, Travae, Ardynn, [ace, Jaliah and Ryan; daughter-in-law, Mary Chapman; son-in-law, Reggie Word; two brothers, Robert and Gregory; aunt, Theresa; four sisters-in-law, lee-lee, Alice, Doris and Skeeter; two brothers-in- law, William and Pitts; two god children, Shanell and Brianna; special friends, his devoted sister- in-law, Doris, Henry, Charlotte, Sylvia, Corney, Ms. Dott, Boozie, Bert, Jennifer, Marcus, Trina, and Elenore; and a host of other family and friends.
