God called home Frank Lee Collins, son of the

late Burley and Sadie Collins Sr. on June 20, 2019.

Frank graduated from Frederick Douglass High

School, in Baltimore, Maryland. Before retiring,

Frank was employed with London Fog. Frank

enjoyed track running, hiking, skating, last cars

and deeply loved his family. Frank was an avid

learner by taking numerous courses at the local

community college.

Frank Lee Collins was the second oldest of seven

children: Thomas Leon Collins, Gloria Mae Heath,

Anthony Lee Collins, Burley Leon Collins Jr.,

Patricia Ann James and Michael Neal Collins. He

also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews and

cousins. He also leaves one sister-in-law;

Antoinette Collins and one brother-in-law; Eugene

James.
