IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Frank A.
Good
July 5, 1961 – June 14, 2019
Frank Antione "Nehemiah" Good, was called home on June 14th, 2019 at the age of 57.
He was born on July 5th, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland to devoted parents Frank, and
Aloma Good.
Frank, lovingly known as Antione, grew up in Baltimore Maryland and was educated at
Norwood elementary, Poly Technical School, and eventually Baltimore City Community
College. In the following years, Antione also attended school and achieved certifications
in Phlebotomy and HV AC. At the tender age of nineteen, at Pine Forge Seventh Day
Adventist Camp, Antione met his future wife, Jean Good-and in October 1983, just a
few months later, they married and started their beautiful family shortly after. Antione and
his family joined Sharon Seventh Day Adventist Church, where he found his calling.
Antione and Jean's union blessed them with three sons, who became the loves of his life.
He would often express unconditional gratitude for having been blessed with the gift of
sons and over the years, Antione would often speak on how proud he was that his children
were seeking to know God in intimate ways.
Antione was such a profound and avid reader of the Bible, which helped solidify his faith
in God. His love for God helped him discover his ultimate goal in life, and that was to
become a political activist; following in the footsteps of his role models, Marcus Garvey,
Dr. Martin Luther King, and his mother. He spent endless hours studying the writings of
Ellen G. White, Frances Cress Welsing and his dear friend, Steve Cokely. Antione's life
mission was to inform his people of the political fight for freedom; this notion that change
is incremental and happens with perseverance over time. He would often say "I will fight
day and night to bring awareness to my people". Antione was well known for speaking at
EVERYONE'S PLACE as well as on the campus of Morgan State University where he
was often a guest speaker on 88.9 WEAA.
Antione was always fond of being with family and friends, often attending family
gatherings which brought light to his soul. You would often find him home at his safe
haven with his partner Melvina Chisholm. When you were with him in his presence, he
was always ready to jump in and say "You hungry?" or saying, "So what's been going
on?" and before you could respond he would say, "Well actually, let me tell YOU what I
heard has been going on!" Antione was devotedly loved by Melvina who spent countless
hours aiding in his mission as well as his health and he expressed often that she meant to
world to him.
On June 14th 2019 Frank Antione "Nehemiah" Good was called HOME by the Lord.
Antione will truly be missed by all that knew and met him.
