Frank Kammer was born January 10, 1953 in the hospital in Glen Burnie, Maryland. After a long life of affliction the Lord saw fit to take Frank out of the corruptible body and gave him a body of incorruptible-no pain and no affliction. Frank was housed in several facilities-before he came to Emerge. Here at Emerge Frank began to thrive. Yes he had his moments, but he still had good potential. Frank did not mind greeting and praying for anybody he met. Frank loved to be around people, food and most of all he loved coffee. Frank leaves behind all his caregivers, roommates and friends.
