Frank Miffed ROyal H, son of Roberta Stuckey and Frank Alfred Royal Sr., was born on Dec.18, 1988 In Baltimore, Maryland. He was briefly called upon to come home to his master on Jan. 10, 2013. Frank received his education at William S. Baer and later attended George W.F. MecMechen High were he graduated. He later attended UCP Day Program. He lived on his own at the living assistance home where he made a lot of friends. Frank was known to family and friends as "Boodla" and "Moochle". He was a loving person who enjoyed watching T.V. and movies and spending time with his family. He leaves us at the age of 24. Preceding him In death are his father Frank Alfred Royal Sr., two grand-mothers Annie McCrlmmlon and Ann Holt, Great-grandmother Mary Llllie Bannerman, Grandfather Henry Stuckey, aunt Annette Hansley and cousin Marcus Drake. He leaves to mourn: his mother Roberta Stuckey, grandfather Calvin Ellen, Great-Aunt Louise McCrlmmon, four aunts Brenda, Carol, Theresa, Lorraine, two uncles Darrell and George; two brothers, one little sister and a host of other relatives and friends.
