Frank Rivers Jr, (affectionately known as "Big Frank" by everyone) was born on March 27, 1927 to the late Ben and Jonsie Rivers in North Carolina. He departed this life after a short illness on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at home quietly with his family. Frank worked as a mechanic and truck driver for ESSO. During his later years he worked for Cambell as a security guard and a maintenance man. While not working or taking care of his family you couldfind "Big Frank" doing what he did best "fixing things". Frank met and married the love of his life Shirley Rivers on June 22, 1963, where they then moved to Baltimore City. From this union were three children Ruby, Lisa and Frank Jr. Frank leaves to cherish fond memories: his five children,Dorothy, Ronnie, Ruby, Lisa and Frank Jr.; his loving brother, Thomas Rivers; one sister-in-law, Delores Jones; one son-in-law, Raymond Rucker; two daughters-in-law, Elizabeth and LaShawn Rivers; fourteen grandchildren, William, Antoine, Anthony, Aaron, Startish, LaWanda, Ronnie Jr., Antoinette, Shervawn, Yateshia, Lamer, Sean, Antoinio, and Yanika; he also leaves 30 great grandchildren, and a host of step grandchildren; his one and only goddaughter, To Wanda Smith; a special daughter-like, Yvonne Scott; four special friends, Cecil Carey, Mary Moye, Mario Harris and Charotte Johnson and a host of other family and friends. Frank was predeceased by his three sisters, Carrie Lee, Daisy and Georganna; two sons, Ben Franklin and Stanley and three great grandchildren, Ben Franklin Jr., Dajuan and Yasmime. Viewing Joseph H.
