Frank Dorsey Willis, was born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 12, 1941 to the late Pearl Geraldine Smith and James Frank Willis. Frank was married in 1958 to the late Annie Ruth (McCrory) Willis. Frank attended Baltimore City Public Schools and was employed as a construction worker and a sheet metal worker. As a young child Frank attended a summer camp in Pennsylvania where he was introduced to the sport of boxing. He became one of the top boxers at the summer camp during that season. Frank enjoyed visits with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed wine making and tinkering with small electronics. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Anne Ruth Willis; daughters, Francina Barksdale and Teara Willis; parents, Pearl Geraldine Smith and James Frank Willis; siblings, James I. Willis, Sr., Temple 1. Willis, Sr., Pearl G. Morton, Joan Mosley, Hilda Willis, Dolores Johnson; grandson, Louis Jones. Left to cherish his memories are daughters, Rhonda Willis, Katrina Willis, Chansler Willis, Tyra Willis, Teleah Willis, Nyelle Willis and Lyelle Willis; son, Frank Dorsey Willis, Jr.; sisters, Maryella Presco and Jacqui Rivera; brothers, Charles Carroll and Thomas Willis; grand- children, Shakita Barksdale, Kyle Ayers, Steven Willis, Andrew Page, Tyrae Willis, Sade Jones, Sherna Jones, Montinique Hooper, Sabria Royal, Keara Willis; special friends, Karen Lipscomb and Lynette Hum- phrey; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
