Franklin Bines, affectionately known as Frank, was born in Timmonsville, South Carolina on July 23, 1951, to the late Issac and Retha Mae Bines. Frank was one of 13 siblings. He was proceeded in death by his brothers David, Billy, Ronnie, John, Raymond, and Dean. Frank transitioned from labor to reward on April 28, 2026.
Frank was educated in Timmonsville, South Carolina, attending Johnson High School. As Frank matriculated through life, he later moved to New Jersey, before moving to Baltimore, Maryland in the late 1970s where he lived for the rest of his life.
Frank worked at Carroll Installation Company in Carrol County, Maryland for many years before working with the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland from which he retired.
Frank was known as the life of the party. He was full of energy and could put a smile on the face of everyone who met him. Frank leaves to cherish his memory, four sisters, Carolyn Adams, Fannie Johnson, Mary Bines, all of Baltimore, Maryland, and Martha Jefferson (Justus) of Effingham, South Carolina, and two brothers Donnie Bines (Bernice) and Wilbur Bines, both of Florence, South Carolina, a special and beloved niece, Carrie Polston, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and family members.
