Freddie Calvin Peace, age 63, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 13,2014. He was born October 2, 1951, in Vance County, North Carolina to James Arthur and Lucille Peace. Fred, as he was fondly called, came from a large family. He was educated in the Baltimore Public School system and graduated from Dunbar High School in 1969. Fred loved to hang out with some of his classmates who called themselves "THE POETS OF 69". Fred married Barbara Coleman and from that union they had 3 children, Ameer, Michael, and Latoya. Fred worked at Carr-Lowrey Glass Company and Bethlehem Steel for many years. He loved listening to old school music, especially the Temptations. He also loved to cook, loved to give lots of big hug and kisses and enjoyed hanging out with family and friends. Survivors include his mother, Lucille; siblings, Arthur, William, Purnell, Charlene, Lewis, and Larry; and children, Ameer, Michael, and Latoya; grandchildren: Zakar, Nairn, Ameer, Alicia, Akira, Khalil, and Kashira; great- granddaughter Aleena. He will be missed by his in-laws: Eunice, Kevin, Anna, Paulette, Karen, Jerry, and Jane; and a host of other family and friends. Fred was preceded in death by James Arthur Peace (father), Lewis Evans (step- father), and mother in-law Norma Coleman. Viewing Joseph H.
