Fredrick Comacell Brown son of the late Gertrude (Trudi) McGowan, was born on January 9, 1943 in Annapolis, Maryland. He departed this life on January 25, 2022 after a previous illness diagnosis.
After high school he was drafted into the Army to serve in the Vietnam War. He served honorably and obtained the rank of Sergeant.
After leaving the military he gained employment for almost every bus company within the state of Maryland. Annapolis Transit, MTA, Greyhound, Trailways until he eventually retired with Metro.
Fred (Comacell) made numerous friends wherever he went. He was a dedicated Baltimore Ravens fan and loved watching his grandson (Ronnie) play college football games while enjoying his favorite crab cakes and shrimp salad.
He was proceeded in death by his wife Joann Brown his mother Gertrude (Trudi) McGowan and his daughter Anitra Brown Lawton (Don).
He leaves to mourn: Daughters, Kim Brown Wallace, Toni Brown, Rhonda Brown (Stepdaughter); Sons, Comacell Brown (Lisa), Eric Brown (Kathy), Ron Brown (Cathy), Kevin Brown; Sisters, Angie Brown-Holloman (Gene), Janice Brown, Alexandria Brown; Brothers, Gregory McGowan, Rico McGowan
A host of Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
