Gale N. Crawley, was born on July 23,1958 in Baltimore Maryland to James & Rose Marie. She was raised on the Westside of Baltimore (Bentalou Street). Gale was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System James Mosher, Calverton Junior high and Douglas Senior High School. After high school she attended The Community College of Baltimore and Coppin State College where she received a degree in Arts. Gale than began to work for Johns Hopkins Hospital where she worked for 25 years. Gale was a dedicated and loving "MOTHER", who had unconditional love for her son Macklin. Gale's unique personality, warm smile and joyful spirit gained her numerous friends wherever she went. Gale met the love of her life Thorn E. Lemon Jr. in 1998 while learning to drive. Little did either of them know that this chance meeting Thorn the instructor and Gale the student would blossom into an endless romance. Preceded in death by her Father James. Gale leaves to cherish her memory her mother Rose Marie, son Macklin, the love of her life Thorn, step son Thorn Jr. daughter in law Ari, grandson Jalen and a grandchild that's on the way, sister's Sharon, Carolyn, Johnnelle (Faye) and Shannon, Brothers Zegory (Chico), Christopher (Rico), Roosevelt (Yinky), Anthony (Reds) and Richard, Father in Law Reginald Lemon Sr., Mother In law Preceded in death India Lemon, Brother in Law Reginald Lemon Jr. and Sister in law Carla Lemon, Three Aunts Elizabeth (Aunt Liz), Elva (Shook cake) and Aunt Queenie, two uncles Uncle Edgar and Uncle Wilfred, 13 Nieces, 17 Nephews, 18 Great Nieces and Nephews and 2 Great - Great nephews as well as a host of loving cousins, extended family and friends.
