Gary Tyrone Batty Sr., son of the late, Gladys Batty was born October 30, 1964. He departed this life on February 28, 2012 after a lengthy illness. Gary, affectionately known by friends and family as "Byrd," received his education at Baltimore City Public Schools. He was funny, kind-hearted and an all around good person. He always said he had a family full of beautiful women whom he loved dearly. Gary had a special love for driving tow and dump trucks. In January 1996, Gary met and fell in love with Avis, known to everyoone as Sabrina. This union produced a beautiful baby boy, Gary Batty Jr. Gary leaves to cherish his memories, a Girlfriend, Sabrina, three sons, Eric Scoobie, Andre and Gary Jr., one daughter, Brandy;one aunt, Joyce, one uncle, James and a host of cousins and friends. Gary will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
