Gary Garfield Green, Sr. was born on October 7, 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Garvan Hayes and the late Gary Russell Berger. He departed this life on July 3, 2019 after a lengthy illness.

Gary was affectionately called Gabby, by family and friends. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools System attending Harlem Park Middle School and Frederick Douglas High School. He worked various odd jobs throughout Baltimore City.

Gabby loved his family and the many gatherings they shared. He made numerous friends because of his funny sense of humor and will be missed by all.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Garvan Hayes and Gary Russell Berger; his step-father, Benjamin Wright; his grandparents, Helen Johnson, Barbara Green, Garfield Hayes, and Gary Berger and his aunts, Dorothy West, Shirley Moses and Martha Edwards-El.

Gary leaves to cherish his life memories with, three loving daughters, Melanie Green (Monte), Brittany Harris (Eric), and Donveil Reed; four grandchildren, Tyler, Tylea, Skylar, and Harmony; two brothers, Russell and Patron; two aunts, India (Kenny), Viva (Nathaniel), four uncles, Charles, Howard (Aurelia), Rodney (Denise), Keion; one great-uncle, James (Angela); three special aunts, Jennine, Sharon and Annette; three nieces, Shabria, Shatiera and Makayla; and a host of cousins, family and friends.
