genise Kelly, daughter of Alice and Henry Kelly, was born on September 1, 1956 in Baltimore, Md. Neicie departed this life on October 18, 2009 after a lenghty illness. Neicie received Christ as her Personal Savior at Greater Hope Baptist Church. Neicie received her education in the Baltimore City School System, graduating from Eastern High School. Attending Coppin State for two years to further her education. Necie was employed at Western Electric. Genise, also known as Neicie will be remembered for her kindness to others, her unself ways and her joyfulness. She made friends wherever she went. Neicie will be dearly missed by everyone she touched. Neice leaves to mourn her loving mother and father, Alice and Henry Kelly, four sisters, Francine Jackson, Grace Kelly, Oglatha Kelly Wilson and Jackeline McMillian, two brothers, Alonzo Stancil and Willis Washington, two sisters-in-laws and one brother-in-law and a host of aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
