Geoffrey C. Luckett was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 14,1953 to Evelyn Wooden and Freeman Luckett, whom both precedes him in death. Geoffrey was affectionately known as Jeff, Uncle or Cousin to his family and friend. Jeff was the second oldest of six. After a short illness, on Friday, April 26, 2024 God sent his loving angels to carry Jeff home, as his assignment on Earth was now completed.

Jeff received his education in Baltimore City Public School System. After finishing school Jeff joined The United States Marine Corps, which he served from June 2, 1971 - March 24th, 1975 as a combat engineer which he was honorably discharged. Jeff worked various jobs throughout his life, including The Baltimore City Public School System, Floral and Dutton Moving Company which he loved.

Jeff was a loving guy that would give you the shirt off his back. He was never amongst strangers, Jeff met friends everywhere he went. If anybody seen Jeff on a regular, I know he gave you a dollar.
Jeff would walk any and every where, no matter how the weather was looking. He also loved to eat all types of food with his pepper, a piece of bread and a cold beer.

Jeff is preceded in death by his wife Yvonne Luckett, his mother Evelyn Wooden, brother's Terri (Teddy) & Larmont Wooden, sister Lisa, grandson Donte' (Webbie), nephew Mikey and niece Sha- rina Wooden.

Jeff leaves to mourn his step-father Curtis Wooden, children and grand children, sisters, Evelyn/Ninny (Cooka Man), Bernadette/Dina (Bernard), Mona of Philly, Robin of Atlanta, Sister in law, Tusica Me Arthur (Joan) and brother Douglas, nephews Brian (Aniesa), Terri (Jen) and Terrence, nieces Shantel (Henry) and India and a host of other relatives. Jeff had two special friends Carl Smith (Poppa Smurf) and Kenna Walker.
