Obituary

GEORGE "BUBBY" ALEXANDER HAWKINS, son of the late Elizabeth Simpson and Luther Webb, attended Catholic school in Howard County. He married the late Lucille (Jackson) Hawkins. They were married for twenty-eight years. He leaves to cherish his memory: Gail Hawkins, Dechele "Sobrena" Barnes, George Hawkins [r.: five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, one brother- in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. George "Bubby" worked at McKesson/Churchill for over thirty years. As a Warehouse Supervisor, he took great pride in hard work, perseverance and doing the job right. George "Bubby" was blessed to find love later in life. He married the late Lillie (Thompson) Hawkins. George "Bubby" enjoyed watching classic cowboy movies, traveling, going on casino trips and was a beloved member of the Tenant Council. He could frequently be found spending his days laughing with friends and neighbors of Mount Clare Overlook Apartments, where he spent his retirement years. Viewing Joseph H.
