George Oliver Brown, son of the late George O. and Ruth E., was born March 29, 1927 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on March 13, 2006. George, affectionately known as ''Jr.'' was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was educated at Douglass High School in Baltimore, Maryland. George served his country in the U.S. Army for two years in Kobe, Japan. He received an Honorable Dischard from the Army of the United States in 1947. For more than forty years, George made his career in the Stationary Business, and worked for several large companies such as Dawn Office Supply, Stationer's Office Supply, and Hoffmaster's Office Supply. George made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. He leaves to cherish his memory: two brothers, Nesbitt D. Brown and Gerald O. Brown; one sister, Doris J. Johnson and a later brother, James H. Brown; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
